Sometimes I wake up 
          and feel like I’m drowning
And no one knows 
          the troubles I’m downing 
Like glasses of water
          inside my head
The tears have welled up
          underneath eyelids
Can’t I go back now
          to when we were kids
Away from this nonsense 
          that’s all too real
